When
These Essays Are For beginners:
This essay is written for the beginner by someone one step beyond that. The point being that experts forget what early lessons were difficult. I've learned enough to feel *some* degree of competance and want to share those interesting early lessons while I'm still excited about it.
An example would be poison ivy - I've read 100 people try to explain how to ID it but maybe 1 of them will describe it in such a way that I could look at a trail snapshot and know where to start looking. "Leaves of three" means nothing when looking at a vista of 10,000 leaves on 800 plants. The intent is to amend these pages with asides showing corrections as a teaching aid.
Also a disclaimer if the above didn't imply it: treat this as fiction, we have no training, double check everything if there is any remote possibility of safety being an issue.
