1) What It's Like

It's fine in that it's a forest connected to other nearby forests but it's just not exciting. I'd look at other nearby places first. Maybe it's great for horses.

2) Kinds of Birds

Dense enough forest that you aren't going to see many.

3) Wildlife

I think I saw a racoon once.

4) Amenities

None.

5) Directions

You can't really see the sign until you're right on top of it due to the trees around so watch carefully when in the area.

6) Time Requirements

I get bored here within a few hours but you might be able to spend half a day if you were determined to.

Experience

You arrive and there's a big dirt parking lot. you walk in on the road and there are a few loops of woods that are fairly dense. More mosquitos but less sun. I stop here if I want to take a break from driving between other places. I wouldn't suggest purposely going here unless you're camping or horse riding.
