1) What It's Like

A neighborhood park that for some reason is seen as a birding spot. You walk a paved loop, there's a lake with two Muscovy ducks. The end.

2) Kinds of Birds

Two muscovy ducks. Their names are Mortimer and Ruprecht.

3) Wildlife

Squirels. Maybe.

4) Amenities

Sidewalks

5) Time Requirements

Don't bother. But I guess 15-20 minutes.

Experience

We walked around this park. There was some shade from trees. It's not bad for a little local park... but it's just a little local park. There was a pond. We got back in the car and kept going. I think people bird here because it's between other better places and it has a pond.
