1) What It's Like

A municipal park /small forest with moderate birding reputation. It was okay - I'd frequent it if I was a resident but I don't know if I'd bother to stop otherwise. Fair amount of birding to be had.

2) Kinds of Birds

Forest birds (cardinals, titmice, etc). Nothing special fly by us. There were peacocks in the neighborhood around here though.

3) Wildlife

Surrounded by somewhat rural suburban areas so not a lot.

4) Amenities

Parking lot, some nice but short boardwalks, a paved jogging trail around it. Good for what it is.

5) Time Requirements

The loop is about a half mile - so about 20 minutes.

It's nice but it's small. Forest and I suppose what stood out about it was the somewhat deep creek going through it. I'd definitely come back if I lived in the area - it is a forested walk with birds... but not something I'd go out of my way to see.
