1) What It's Like

It's a small municipal park that consists of nice boardwalks and some interesting bits of palm trails next to the lake. Birds around.

Ducks to a degree - mostlly gallinules - and some wading birds.

3) Wildlife

Turtles, maybe an alligator. Not much.

4) Amenities

It's in town so anything but I believe there were bathrooms.

5) Time Requirements

5-20 minutes

Experience

It's very close to or maybe you'd say in the tourist town of Mount Dora. You park and walk a short distance to get onto some very nice boardwalks. Expect tourists to be around. We heard gallinules and birds right away. Along the shore are trails that feel coastal south Florida - look at the pictures. Those trails are quite short though.
