OFFICIAL INFO:

1) What It's Like

Supposed to be a birding spot - it's just a boat ramp and tiny park on a lake that's along a road with other unique birding spots. Maybe you'll see something but we didn't.

2) Kinds of Birds

We saw red winged black birds, anhinga, gallinule, and limpkins

3) Wildlife

Cows next door.

4) Amenities

I'm writing this much later than the visit - at most there was a chem toilet and a picnic table. Plus the boat ramp. Also not sure there were gas stations nearby. This road you can go quite a ways without seeing anything like that.

5) Time Requirements

2-15 minutes.

Experience

There are several unique birding spots going down Canoe Creek Road from St.Cloud near Kissimmee. This was probably the least interesting. Drive through trailer park, pull up, there's a boat ramp and room to park. Some kids fishing. Cows next door and I suppose there were a good number of visible birds considering we didn't move from one spot but you could easily skip this.
