1) What It's LikeNot sure - we just stopped to take photos of trailhead while driving by in case it would be of any use to someone here. Looks interesting but exposed - not sure I'd try this in the afternoon in the summer. Be sure to bring water. 2) Kinds of BirdsThis stretch of road / land has interesting birds so I would expect it's not dull. Not common but Caracara and I think Whooping cranes are a possibility. 3) WildlifeI would definitely expect deer etc 4) AmenitiesIt is a bit remote - closest gas station is I think over 20 miles. There are restrooms at some of the boat ramp sites off this road. 5) DirectionsRoads runs from St.Cloud (Kissimmee) to Yeehaw Junction - about 50 miles. Most of that is Canoe Creek Road. There are a few interesting birding spots along here. This is more or less half way between them. Hard to miss. The turnpike crosses here but I don't believe there is an exit. 6) Time RequirementsLooks long.
