A small town - barely. And a big market during the week. We find it charming enough to note - I could easily imagine others saying WHY!!?.

Experience

There is very little to Webster other than a big market they have mid-week that we've never managed to go to. Still it has some weird charm to it to drive through. Partly from decaying buildings, partly for just being a peaceful point of crossing. We find it charming enough to note - I could easily imagine others saying WHY!!?.
